food pyramid! (for a healthy diet)

According to the food pyramid, I should be eating more fruits and vegetables, and less sweets (I'm a chocolate lover!).
I'm not getting 100% of the dietary fibre that I need, so I need to eat more servings of vegetables. I enjoy fruits, but I am eating less than 2 servings of vegetables daily. I'm also not getting enough calcium, and leafy vegetables are a good source of it.
I should eat less meat, as I'm eating more than the allocated 2-3 servings of meats, eggs, etc.
I should also consume more dairy products (milk, cheese, yogurt). I could drink 2 cups of milk daily, to increase the amount of calcium in my diet, especially since I'm still growing.
